Delivery Time
We usually deliver within 1-7 working days provided payment is received before 1pm. (For example, if payment is received on Monday before 1 p.m., your order can arrive on Tuesday if the delivery address is located in France and on Wednesday if it is in Belgium).
ANY ORDER PLACED AFTER 1 P.M. WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
Deliveries are scheduled Monday through Friday. No deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays, as well as public holidays and the day after public holidays. In case of absence deliverybags.eu reserves the right to either make a new delivery the next morning with a notice from the carrier, or return the package directly to the place of shipment.
deliverybags.eu gives you the choice of carrier and undertakes to deliver the customer to the delivery address indicated on purchase order. The buyer agrees to indicate when ordering an address (excluding post office box) to which delivery can be made during business hours. If expressly indicated, the delivery address may be different from the billing address.

Please note that we have no control over customs/import duties issues. Delivery to countries outside the European Union may incur additional customs charges.
Address Change/Reconsignments
If a shipping address needs to be changed once an order has been processed, carriers will charge a reconsignment fee to update the shipping address.
If an address change is requested, we will contact you via email regarding the amount of the carrier’s fee. If we do not receive confirmation regarding the fee and address change, we will leave the address as it was originally entered during the checkout process.
Please note that if the carrier attempts delivery to the original address and they are unable to deliver, redelivery fees may apply in addition to any reconsignment fees.
Damaged/Missing/Lost Items – Common Carrier
If any item or packaging is damaged or missing, or if you have any doubt about possible damage, you MUST do the following:
• Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing
• Keep your copy of the delivery receipt
• Contact us within 1 business day
• Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection
• Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging
Though our warehouses give great attention to packaging every order for shipment, damage can occur in transit. In the case of damage we must go to the carrier company to receive reimbursement for these damages. By signing the delivery receipt you are taking responsibility and ownership for the shipment in the condition noted. If part or all of your shipment is damaged and you did not note this in any way on the delivery receipt, we CANNOT guarantee any compensation for damages. Signing the delivery receipt without noting any damage means that you have received your shipment in acceptable condition.
There are rare occasions where our freight carriers may lose a shipment. In these situations, it’s our highest priority to find your items and we will work with the carrier to do so. Dock checks with the carrier take approximately 5-10 business days to complete. If your shipment is found, we will continue the delivery to your location. If it is deemed lost, we will work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution.

Customer Service
Any complaint concerning the state in which the goods were delivered must be addressed to deliverybags.eu by contacting customer service via the contact form or you can call us no later than two working days after receipt of the goods.
Withdrawal period
You have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the delivery of the equipment to return the product to the company ProDel Solutions AB for exchange or refund without penalty. This period is exceptionally extended to 20 days for an exchange or a credit note (no refund possible beyond 14 days).
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, this withdrawal period is not applicable in particular:
• The supply of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and the performance of which has begun after the express prior agreement of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal;
• Supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
• Supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

The refund will be made with the same means of payment that you used during the transaction. In the event of the return of a complete order having benefited from a discount on shipping costs or free transport costs, the amount of the refund of the order will be reduced by the cost of these shipping costs.
